The album's coming along swimmingly, if by "swimming" I mean "treading water", and by "-ly" I mean "because everyone's on vacation". Don't worry, it'll be along soon enough, and I'll even upload some samples well before the release date, for the three of you hankering for some new Lefty music.

I'm currently updating my website so I can finally quit my stupid myspace page. In other news, we've started recording over at TenVolt Audio, with Steve Donnelly at the helm. We've laid down demos for 14 songs, and now we just have to get a box of beer and sit around listening to them so we can figure out what in the hell everyone's gonna play on the album. Holy shit, I got songwriting grant from the Ontario Arts Council! They actually want to give me money so I can write songs about tits and booze! Thanks a lot to those cool cats over at O.A.C., your support is very... supportive.
